The Delta Society Pet Partners Program (founded 1997) is one service program of the Delta Society. A person and his/her animal can register as Pet Partners when the animal has successfully completed a health, skills and aptitude screening, and the person has completed volunteer training requirements.

Registered Pet Partners share the physical and emotional benefits of human-animal interactions with people in healthcare and educational faclities as well as a variety of other settings.
